What type of lighting do you use?
My favorite light is natural light. This is true for indoor or outdoor shootings. I don’t own a photostudio at the moment. Therefore I prefer shooting at locations where there is enough natural light.
What kind of styling props do you work with?
I love to work with natural materials like linen, dried flowers and more. For food styling I often use handcrafted ceramics, antique cutlery from thrift shops or things I brought home from my travels.
When will I receive the edited pictures?
Editing takes time. Especially if I want to ensure that your photos are edited to your liking and pay attention to details. The editing process is a huge portion of a photographer’s job and takes up more time than the actual shooting. I put a lot of effort and time in editing which is why it can sometimes take longer than expected. Usually my editing time is about 2-4 weeks.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the duration of the photo shoot and includes post-processing. Additional traveling expenses can be charged. After discussing your ideas and expectations I will send you an offer.
How much do you edit your photos?
I edit my photos in Lightroom. Usually I adjust brightness, shadows and colors to give the images my signature soft and natural look. For food photos contrast and color adjustments are important in order for it to look fresh and tasty. Whenever you have a request regarding the editing style feel free to discuss it with me (e.g. you would like your pictures to fit in with the rest of your social media content).
