Summer is my absolute favorite season! These blueberry & blackberry galettes made by the talented Daniela Bieder from Daniela culinaire are just perfect for a summer picnic with friends. Working with Daniela felt like we’ve known each other already a long time and I loved seeing her do her magic in the kitchen. The baked galettes were topped with fresh elderflowers which give them a cute look and slightly herby but sweet flavor.
